The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Union of 27 April 2016 became mandatory in all EU Member States, including Hungary, on 25 May 2018.
The II. Ferenc Rákóczi Library attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data from library users, library employees and partners under contract with the library and wishes to ensure the right of library users to informational self-determination in all circumstances.
