That reporting mandatory under Annex 6 to Government Decree No 388/2017 of 13 December 2017 on the National Statistical Survey Programme. Data shall be provided for statistical purposes. Refusal, the disclosure of false data and the late provision of data will result in criminal or infringement proceedings!

Data shall be provided in electronic form only. KultStat / Home surface. The task is carried out in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county in the 2nd district. It is coordinated by Ferenc Rákóczi Library.

Uploading, verifying and finalizing data on library, information and community sites in accordance with Annex II. It is carried out by Ferenc Rákóczi Library's Area Supply Unit.

In all cases, the data shall reflect the situation as at 31 December of the current year, unless there has been no change in relation to the previous year. Where no measured data are available, an estimate shall be entered under that heading. Separate data shall also be provided on the library operating in an integrated form with a public education institution, irrespective of the provision of public education statistics.
